The Academic Champion has the overall responsibility of embodying the ACE DNA, delivering the ACE pedagogy and experience to prepare students for, most importantly, the real world and more immediately, the Cambridge IGCSE examination

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver content and facilitate coursework, discussions, and activities according to ACE EdVenture’s pedagogy and standards
  • Contact students’ parents regularly to update them on their children’s progress in the real world, academic and behavioural aspects whether positive or negative, especially positive
  • Attend mandatory team meetings such as Termly Tactics to stay updated on the school’s growth and evolution and convey relevant updates to students
  • Work with Academic teams to update and upgrade curricula based on purpose and principles in the ACE DNA
  • Prepare students’ report cards in a timely manner for sufficient time to vet and print
  • Be ready to aid Academic Heads in the preparation of materials needed in the classroom or for student progress and wellbeing
  • Document student work/progress for tracking purposes
  • Encourage and instil self-discipline in students
  • Speak English at all times and ensure students do the same except during non-English language classes
  • Handle emergencies and crises in the classroom
  • Communicate information to leaders that could jeopardise a student’s/student safety or wellbeing with the utmost appropriation
  • Collaborate with other teachers to address classroom or student-specific issues
  • Adhere to company policies that are put in place to protect and serve all stakeholders within ACE EdVenture

Selangor | Full-time position

The Finance Executive is responsible to assist finance & accounting operations and reporting, which covers a range of finance-related tasks in ACE EdVenture organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day processing and administration of finance operations matters, for example Billing, Collections, Expense Claims, Cash transactions processing 
  • Assisting and preparing financial statements and reports
  • Assisting in handling queries from customers / parent / guardians regarding collections, payments and other finance-related matters  
  • Maintain up-to-date finance system data entries and records, journals, billing and payments records, forms,  book-keeping, and other related documentation 
  • Maintain professional integrity and confidentiality of sensitive financial information to protect the organization at all times
  • Others/Adhoc tasks assigned within Finance


Job Requirements:

  • Open to fresh graduates and experienced hires. Possess at least STPM/A-Levels/Diploma in Accounting/Finance or equivalent (good results in Accounts/Finance related papers will be an advantage).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (other languages are a plus)
  • Intelligent, highly numerate, detail oriented, analytical and able to articulate information (financial & non-financial) to all levels of management and staff

The Content Creator creates the content of the ACE EdVenture Group and its subsidiaries. The content
created must capture the essence of the group and its brands, consistently improve overall audience
engagement, brand awareness, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Write and create captivating content for all digital and physical marketing assets such as social media,
    website, brochures, events, press, etc. for the designated brand(s) per the brand content guidelines
    created. This includes digital ads and funnels that can close leads and/or sales.
  • Creating content that captures and differentiates ACE EdVenture and its brands that is also captivates
    the interest of our target audiences.
  • Evaluating analytics and success metrics to adjust content as needed, regularly updating content
    such as on the website’s blogs, and being willing to explore unconventional content pillars.
  • Be aware of shifts to digital algorithms and practices e.g., SEO, social media platforms, short or
    long-form content, etc.
  • Capturing edutaining short-form video and visual content.
  • Working with designers to enrich design work and the creative process.
  • Liaising with multiple departments to capture content.
  • Research industry-related topics to develop content.
  • Be savvy towards social, cultural, and seasonal trends to create content that is novel and relevant to
    our audiences.

Selangor | Full-time position

Operations Executives assist in looking after the buildings, facilities, surrounding grounds, equipment, and supplies of an organisation’s campus. Their responsibilities include supervising grounds maintenance workers, janitors, and building maintenance and repair workers to get the job done.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and see through electrical, renovation, upgrade, beautification work and etc. from start to finish.
  • Study, research, analyse all possible issues.
  • Problem-solving skills when issues arise.
  • Sourcing of new equipment and vendors.
  • Regular checks of the buildings to ensure our facilities are up to the best condition at a given time.
  • Reporting immediate or foreseeable rectification work that is needed.
  • Regular sanitisation and disinfection of the school buildings i.e. waste disposal, pest control, cleaning, etc.
  • Liaise with the cleaners.
  • Ensure that school facilities are safe and operating per regulations
  • Ensure that CCTV systems are installed in all crucial areas and are regularly checked to be in working order.

MITstem International School, Kota Kemuning | Full-time position

The Administrative Executive is responsible for part of the day-to-day administrative operations at the ACE EdVenture schools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that students’ information is up-to-date.
  • Ensure that the workflow and scope within the Administration Department and between other departments are followed and streamlined.
  • Logging all data from physical enquiry forms.
  • Preparation i.e. photocopying, printing, creation, etc. of documents requested by the Principal, Vice Principal, Administration Manager, Academic, and Non-Academic departments.
  • Coordinate organisation wide updates and announcements that go out to parents and students.
  • Prepare memorandum for internal circulation.
  • Taking stock of office stationery supplies.

Menara Hap Seng, KL & Dwi Emas International School, Shah Alam | Full-time position

As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and educational environment for our kindergarten students. Your primary responsibilities will involve teaching and providing care for kindergarten students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach and tutor kindergarten students
  • Provide supervision to children, including guiding and accompanying them to their classrooms, and restroom facilities, as required.
  • Substitute and sit in classes when required as instructed by the kindergarten Teacher Support
  • Attend all relevant training sessions organized by the school or external parties to further enhance teaching skills and knowledge

Sri Emas International School, PJ | Full-time position

School Coordinator oversee the creation of the day-to-day timetable of the entire school, and in conjunction, are responsible for setting up and directing (on paper) the creation of classes and teacher deployment for the school. They work closely with teachers and the teacher support department to ensure that there is always a teacher in each class and implement any necessary changes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Timetable Generation and maintenance.
  • Ensuring there is always a teacher in every class.
  • Correct number of hours allocated for each subject per class
  • Quality of Life – Lunch allocation for teachers, exhaustion consideration for teacher, no lunches directly before physical activity for students etc.

A Business Sales Manager is a leadership role in our Sales team responsible to strategize, identify, build and lead new business prospects, nurturing existing partner / client relationships, and achieving student’s enrolment targets for our educational programs. The Business Sales Manager is expected to collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective sales strategies and contribute to the growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify Business-to-business (B2B) opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analysing leveraging and leads projection options.
  • Be responsible for strategic sales to corporate and business customers.
  • Cultivate new business opportunities, participate in prospecting activities and build, manage and drive strong sales pipeline and business relationships with external parties.
  • Support the Head of Sales in setting revenue targets and growth projections.

Dwi Emas International School, Shah Alam | Full-time position

The Student Supervisor (Primary) holds the responsibility of ensuring the safety and coordination of the primary level students during their time with us with the purpose of delivering the ACE pedagogy and experience to prepare students for the real world. The Student Supervisor will assist in Security, Supervision and General Welfare of Students, typically during non-class time, on school property, during arrival and dismissal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementing the School Code of Conduct.
  • Ensure our primary level students are adhering to the school’s rules and regulations.
  • Assisting the Teachers in keeping an eye on the students’ safety and security over the course of the school day according to the determined SOP’s.
  • Communicating with the Head of Student Supervisors on students’ behaviour i.e. troublemakers, shy, etc. and figuring out ways to support them.
  • Provide first aid treatment for students with minor injuries, in the absence of the nurse.
  • Accompany students in the infirmary and monitor their health condition, in the absence of the nurse.
  • Communicating injuries, incidents, etc. with the Administrative Department.
  • Always make your superior aware of any problems that may escalate into an incident, giving them the opportunity to diffuse the situation.
  • Supporting, consoling, or counselling (if needed) the students in their times of distress ie. injury, vaccination, incidents, etc.

Dwi Emas International School, Sri Emas International School, MITstem International School  | Full-time position

The Handyman ensures that the school building, its surroundings, working
environments and infrastructure are in excellent condition. All aspects of the building
and its renovations must adhere to municipal, state, government, security and health
and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Able to do painting and drywall works.
  • Plumbing works repairs: toilets, kitchens & etc
  • Carry out many and various minor repairs, including welding works,
    ironmongeries, door locks, general carpentry works, damages to wall, flooring
    tiles, door or windows.
  • Perform checking and minor repair for electrical wiring and changing lights.
  • Troubleshoots, performing emergency repairs and undertakes hand on repair
    works for any related issues.
  • Arrange chairs and tables for classrooms, multipurpose hall, meetings,
    assemblies, exams and clearing away afterwards.
  • To observe cleanliness at the place of work and on job after completion of work.
  • To supervise and monitor contractors or vendor as when required by superior.
  • Any other reasonable duties as directed by Facilities Manager, Head Operations
    Manager or members of the Leadership Team.

    operations.
