Selangor (Group Level) | Full-time position

The Academic Champion has the overall responsibility of embodying the ACE DNA, delivering the ACE pedagogy and experience to prepare students for, most importantly, the real world and more immediately, the Cambridge IGCSE examination

We are looking for teachers:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver content and facilitate coursework, discussions, and activities according to ACE EdVenture’s pedagogy and standards
  • Contact students’ parents regularly to update them on their children’s progress in the real world, academic and behavioural aspects whether positive or negative, especially positive
  • Attend mandatory team meetings such as Termly Tactics to stay updated on the school’s growth and evolution and convey relevant updates to students
  • Work with Academic teams to update and upgrade curricula based on purpose and principles in the ACE DNA
  • Prepare students’ report cards in a timely manner for sufficient time to vet and print
  • Be ready to aid Academic Heads in the preparation of materials needed in the classroom or for student progress and wellbeing
  • Document student work/progress for tracking purposes
  • Encourage and instil self-discipline in students
  • Speak English at all times and ensure students do the same except during non-English language classes
  • Handle emergencies and crises in the classroom
  • Communicate information to leaders that could jeopardise a student’s/student safety or wellbeing with the utmost appropriation

Selangor (Group Level) | Full-time position

The Marketing and PR Executive is responsible for executing the product and marketing strategy throughout the product’s life cycle. This includes working closely with Sales, Collaborators and Investors to create experiences that represent the brand to improve and increase student enrolment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with the leaders and relevant departments to develop marketing strategies to generate revenue and improve market share.
  • Ensure sales and marketing strategies are executed in accordance with directives from the management.
  • Define market priorities and challenges to address, and the metrics to success.
  • Determines customers’ needs and desires by specifying the research needed to obtain market information.
  • Assess market competition by comparing the company’s product to competitors’ products
  • Develop clear features and benefits of the designated product(s) to ensure differentiation between our products.
  • Be well-versed with the allocated product(s) by developing a deep and comprehensive understanding of it.
  • Ensure that execution properly represents the respective brands.
  • Track and analyse sales and marketing data to be compiled into periodic reports for the management (quarterly, half-yearly, annually, etc.)

Selangor (Group Level) | Full-time position

The Graphic Designer designs and creates all online and offline materials and visuals for the ACE EdVenture Group and its subsidiaries. The role is also required to create graphic design to develop unique typefaces, colour schemes, and design elements that best portray the company’s brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creating online and offline visuals for marketing and company use.
  • Design concepts that adhere to the creative briefs provided in a timely manner.
  • Ensure that designs are compliant to the provided brand guidelines (if available) which includes colour, shapes, logos, and design elements.
  • Creating brand and visual guidelines for the respective brands (if applicable).
  • Creating work that is captivating and informative to the respective audiences.
  • Working collaboratively with and communicating with the respective content teams.
  • Explore and apply current design language and trends.
  • Determining creative direction if and when needed.
  • Maintaining and/or developing intra- and inter-department workflow and communication.

Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a relevant field.

Selangor (Group Level) | Full-time position

The Videographer oversees video production services across all campuses. Produces and provides promotional, educational and event-based videos to internal and external audiences, and manages the process for quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the creation of a video from Pre-Production, Production, up till Post-Production. 
  • Consists of and develops creative solutions for addressing school initiatives and strategic goals through audio-visual assets.
  • Generates ideas for school video projects for the Department of Marketing and Communications.
  • Executes shoots on-site/on location including audio, camera operation and talent directions. 
  • Handles assignments requiring special lighting, multiple locations, creativity, special audioneeds, custom graphics and animation. 
  • Scouts shoot locations and assess possible obstacles in filming, as well as provide solutions or alternatives. 
  • Plans and performs video post-production tasks.
  • Determines content and format of productions, operates editing equipment and implements a variety of positive and negative feedback from various sources as necessary.
  • Stays informed about the current state of and future advances in video production technology and video distribution.
  • Recommends new video support systems and hardware/software technologies based on analysis of school needs.
  • Participates in projects to integrate new video technologies and testing new hardware and software.

Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience or, any combination of education and experience that is substantially equivalent to it.
  • Able to edit videos using Adobe Premiere Pro, or any of the following: Final Cut Pro, Adobe After Effects.
  • Able to do the basics of the following: audio clean up, audio mastering, lighting setup, white balance levels and colour correction.
  • Demonstrated experience in the areas of video production, as well as a thorough knowledge of audio, video and multimedia hardware and software required.
  • Must be available to work a non-standard schedule in order to fulfil assigned duties and responsibilities.

The Content Creator creates the content of the ACE EdVenture Group and its subsidiaries. The content created must capture the essence of the group and its brands, consistently improve overall audience engagement, brand awareness, and conversions

Key Responsibilities:

  • Write and create captivating content for all digital and physical marketing assets such as social media, website, brochures, events, press, etc. for the designated brand(s) per the brand content guidelines created. This includes digital ads and funnels that can close leads and/or sales
  • Creating content that captures and differentiates ACE EdVenture and its brands that is also captivates the interest of our target audiences
  • Evaluating analytics and success metrics to adjust content as needed, regularly updating content such as on the website’s blogs, and being willing to explore unconventional content pillars
  • Be aware of shifts to digital algorithms and practices e.g., SEO, social media platforms, short or long-form content, etc
  • Capturing edutaining short-form video and visual content
  • Working with designers to enrich design work and the creative process
  • Liaising with multiple departments to capture content
  • Research industry-related topics to develop content

The Digital Marketing Specialist is expected to have a strong grasp of current digital marketing tools and strategies to generate as many leads for the organisation and its brands

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implementing digital marketing strategies
  • Develop familiarity with the respective brands, schools, programmes, and relationships with the internal teams to create digital content and experiences that represent the brands
  • Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across the brands
  • Clear documentation and management of the digital marketing calendar
  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, landing pages, websites, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns 
  • Design, build, and maintain our digital and social media presence

Kota Kemuning, Shah Alam | Full-time position

The Administrative Executive is responsible for part of the day-to-day administrative operations at the ACE EdVenture schools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that students’ information is up-to-date.
  • Ensure that the workflow and scope within the Administration Department and between other departments are followed and streamlined.
  • Logging all data from physical enquiry forms.
  • Preparation i.e. photocopying, printing, creation, etc. of documents requested by the Principal, Vice Principal, Administration Manager, Academic, and Non-Academic departments.
  • Coordinate organisation wide updates and announcements that go out to parents and students.
  • Prepare memorandum for internal circulation.

Selangor | Full-time position

To provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to manager’s working life and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with leaders (internal & external) to evaluate initiatives and proposals to see how they align with our established priorities.
  • To foster and build healthy relationships with business partners under assigned portfolio.
  • Engage with project and program from existing business partners to ensure they work together and understand the objectives for joint strategic efforts.
  • Approach potential target market to establish relationships and build rapport.
  • Gather staff data on their work portfolio as and when needed by the CEO.
  • Organizing and planning internal and external talks, events and conferences.
  • Maintain the creativity and innovation of our ACE EdVenture culture.

  • Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation for the CEO.

Kuala Lumpur | Full-time position

We are looking for people who love kids and want to make a change in the early childhood space. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities (Teacher):

  • Teaching and tutoring Kindergarten students.
  • Mentor and guide teachers on how to conduct lessons.
  • Provide feedback on students.
  • Attend all relevant training sessions held during school days, weekends or holidays organized by the school or an external training party that is deemed relevant or important for the teacher.
  • Support all relevant activities, events, functions held/organized by the school at the school premises or at external premises.
  • Communicate across levels (Primary & Secondary) to better understand the direction and growth for Islamic studies.
  • Communicate and update parents regarding lessons via TinyApp or any applications used by the school.
  • To be proactive in lesson preparations.
  • Ensure the safety of students at all times during class activities/lessons.
  • Ensure students don’t engage in activities that may potentially pose a threat to their own as well as to others safety and security during class activities/lessons.

Full Day Programme Supervisor:

  • Build rapport with kindergarten students and look after their wellbeing at all times.
  • Ensure the safety of students when carrying out activities and lessons.
  • Ensure students don’t engage in activities that may potentially pose a threat to their own as well as to others safety and security – during recess, play time, before and after school ends.
  • Ensure students’ safeguard and respect the use of the school’s property and facilities.
  • Accompany students with severe medical injuries to the hospital (if needed).
  • Monitor students’ activities/behaviours and handle matters relating to students’ misconduct, bullying, tardiness and behavioural issues, and reporting them to the Principal/Vice Principal.
  • Ensure smooth flow of student traffic after school (releasing students to parents/guardians and transporters).
  • Assist with emergency situations whenever required.
  • Inform parents/guardians whenever a child falls sick, sustains an injury etc.
  • Provide updates about child’s well-being via phone, TinyApp or any applications used by the school.
  • Attend to parents/guardians requests for assistance (e.g. locate child’s missing item, pass items to child, etc.).
  • Liaise with the concerning party regarding food preparation or activities requirements if necessary.
  • Prepare milk for students.
  • Put students to rest for nap time.
  • Change diaper, clean up and shower students when required.
  • Take charge of the planning and running of activities.
  • Contact parents regarding Full Day Programme matters.
  • To stay back with students if parents/guardians are late and ensure that they are handed off safely.
  • To key in “late pick up records” for the Full Day Programme.

The Finance Executive is responsible to assist finance & accounting operations and reporting, which covers a range of finance-related tasks in ACE EdVenture organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day processing and administration of finance operations matters, for example Billing, Collections, Expense Claims, Cash transactions processing 
  • Assisting and preparing financial statements and reports
  • Assisting in handling queries from customers / parent / guardians regarding collections, payments and other finance-related matters  
  • Maintain up-to-date finance system data entries and records, journals, billing and payments records, forms,  book-keeping, and other related documentation 
  • Maintain professional integrity and confidentiality of sensitive financial information to protect the organization at all times
  • Others/Adhoc tasks assigned within Finance


Job Requirements:

  • Open to fresh graduates and experienced hires. Possess at least STPM/A-Levels/Diploma in Accounting/Finance or equivalent (good results in Accounts/Finance related papers will be an advantage).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (other languages are a plus)
  • Intelligent, highly numerate, detail oriented, analytical and able to articulate information (financial & non-financial) to all levels of management and staff
  • Highly efficient with technology. Good knowledge & skills in Microsoft Office Excel, Word / Google Suite. Knowledge & skills in SAP accounting system, Power BI/Tableau or similar is a plus.
  • Work experience in finance operations, business finance, audit, accounting or related fields are an advantage, but optional
  • Always willing to learn and grow, ready to put in extra efforts as and when necessary
