Selangor (Group Level) | Full-time position

The Academic Champion has the overall responsibility of embodying the ACE DNA, delivering the ACE pedagogy and experience to prepare students for, most importantly, the real world and more immediately, the Cambridge IGCSE examination

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver content and facilitate coursework, discussions, and activities according to ACE EdVenture’s pedagogy and standards
  • Contact students’ parents regularly to update them on their children’s progress in the real world, academic and behavioural aspects whether positive or negative, especially positive
  • Attend mandatory team meetings such as Termly Tactics to stay updated on the school’s growth and evolution and convey relevant updates to students
  • Work with Academic teams to update and upgrade curricula based on purpose and principles in the ACE DNA
  • Prepare students’ report cards in a timely manner for sufficient time to vet and print
  • Be ready to aid Academic Heads in the preparation of materials needed in the classroom or for student progress and wellbeing
  • Document student work/progress for tracking purposes
  • Encourage and instil self-discipline in students
  • Speak English at all times and ensure students do the same except during non-English language classes
  • Handle emergencies and crises in the classroom
  • Communicate information to leaders that could jeopardise a student’s/student safety or wellbeing with the utmost appropriation
  • Collaborate with other teachers to address classroom or student-specific issues
  • Adhere to company policies that are put in place to protect and serve all stakeholders within ACE EdVenture
  • Support all relevant activities, events, functions held / organized by the school at the school premises or at external premises i.e. Open Days, Education Fair, Parent-Teacher Days, Event’s Day, Appreciation Day etc


Job Requirement:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline (Engineering / Medicine / Biosciences / Law / Business / IT / Communication / Psychology / Architect / Pharmacy / English / BM / Chinese / Art). Preferably with Master Degree or higher qualification
  • External experience in the corporate world in any other field with a passion to make a change in the education

Selangor (Group Level) | Full-time position

The Product Executive is responsible for executing the product and marketing strategy throughout the product’s life cycle. This includes working closely with Sales to create experiences representing the brand and improving student enrolment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working with the leaders and relevant departments to develop marketing strategies to generate revenue and improve market share
  • Ensure sales and marketing strategies are executed in accordance with directives from the management
  • Define market priorities and challenges to address, and the metrics to success
  • Determines customers’ needs and desires by specifying the research needed to obtain market information
  • Assess market competition by comparing the company’s product to competitors’ products
  • Develop clear features and benefits of the designated product(s) to ensure differentiation between our product
  • Be well-versed with the allocated product(s) by developing a deep and comprehensive understanding of it.
  • Ensure that execution properly represents the respective brands
  • Track and analyse sales and marketing data to be compiled into periodic reports for the management (quarterly, half-yearly, annually, etc.)
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

 

Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
  • At least 1.5 years of work experience in marketing or as a marketing executive
  • Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done
  • Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organisation and time management with the ability to handle multiple assignments at a time
  • Savviness with marketing metrics and analytics

Selangor | Full-time position

The Content Creator creates the content of the ACE EdVenture Group and its subsidiaries. The content created must capture the essence of the group and its brands, consistently improve overall audience engagement, brand awareness, and conversions

Key Responsibilities:

  • Write and create captivating content for all digital and physical marketing assets such as social media, website, brochures, events, press, etc. for the designated brand(s) per the brand content guidelines created. This includes digital ads and funnels that can close leads and/or sales
  • Creating content that captures and differentiates ACE EdVenture and its brands that is also captivates the interest of our target audiences
  • Evaluating analytics and success metrics to adjust content as needed, regularly updating content such as on the website’s blogs, and being willing to explore unconventional content pillars
  • Be aware of shifts to digital algorithms and practices e.g., SEO, social media platforms, short or long-form content, etc
  • Capturing edutaining short-form video and visual content
  • Working with designers to enrich design work and the creative process
  • Liaising with multiple departments to capture content
  • Research industry-related topics to develop content
  • Be savvy towards social, cultural, and seasonal trends to create content that is novel and relevant to our audiences
  • Repurpose current content for future content
  • Proposing content to address gaps in the company’s current content

 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • At least 1.5 years in a content creating position with a portfolio of published content and successes
  • Approach content writing from a lead generation and closing perspective
  • Proficient with social media and digital marketing platforms
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Experience with content management systems
  • Excellent writing and editing skills
  • Strong written and oral communication
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong time management
  • Adaptability to be able to work under pressure (season-dependent)
  • Wildly creative with strong trend spotting skills

Selangor | Full-time position

The Digital Marketing Specialist is expected to have a strong grasp of current digital marketing tools and strategies to generate as many leads for the organisation and its brands

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implementing digital marketing strategies
  • Develop familiarity with the respective brands, schools, programmes, and relationships with the internal teams to create digital content and experiences that represent the brands
  • Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across the brands
  • Clear documentation and management of the digital marketing calendar
  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, landing pages, websites, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns 
  • Design, build, and maintain our digital and social media presence
  • Report performance of all digital marketing campaigns according to the goals of the organisation and the schools
  • Identify trends and insights
  • Optimise advertising spend and performance based on insights
  • Optimise marketing funnels
  • Evaluate the end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points e.g. website content, social media content, etc
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners if necessary

Job Requirements:

  • 2 or more years of experience in digital marketing and related fields
  • Proven and successful working experience in digital lead generation
  • Proficiency using software like Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Experience in optimising landing pages and user funnels
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Solid knowledge of digital marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)

Selangor | Full-time position

The School Nurse will provide health services in schools and other educational settings. Their goal is to treat student injuries or illnesses and advise students on health issues

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first aid or emergency care to sick or injured students in school
  • Create, maintain and update students’ medical lists/records
  • Ensure first aid and medical supplies are available and being replenished
  • Ensure the infirmary’s cleanliness, hygiene and safety, and sanitize the place daily
  • Provide details regarding students’ injuries/sickness and assist with parents’ queries
  • Advise and make relevant suggestions on the school’s medical and hygiene-related matters
  • Support student supervisors in ensuring students’ safety and well-being
  • Ensure the medical kit is on standby at all times
  • Provide medical support during school events
  • Overseeing infection control measures
  • Liaise with the Ministry of Health regarding any policies related to school
  • Perform additional assignments as per management’s direction

 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
  • Registered Nurse license
  • Knowledge of using software like Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to assess situations and act quickly
  • Knowledge of many areas of health, including mental health 
  • Ability to work independently or with others
  • Ability to collaborate with all levels of people in the organisation
  • Maintaining confidentiality with students’ information
