Selangor (Group Level) | Full-time position

The Academic Champion has the overall responsibility of embodying the ACE DNA, delivering the ACE pedagogy and experience to prepare students for, most importantly, the real world and more immediately, the Cambridge IGCSE examination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver content and facilitate coursework, discussions, and activities according to ACE EdVenture’s pedagogy and standards.
  • Contact students’ parents regularly to update them on their children’s progress in the real world, academic and behavioural aspects whether positive or negative, especially positive.
  • Attend mandatory team meetings such as Termly Tactics to stay updated on the school’s growth and evolution and convey relevant updates to students.
  • Work with Academic teams to update and upgrade curricula based on purpose and principles in the ACE DNA.
  • Prepare students’ report cards in a timely manner for sufficient time to vet and print.
  • Be ready to aid Academic Heads in the preparation of materials needed in the classroom or for student progress and wellbeing.
  • Document student work/progress for tracking purposes.
  • Encourage and instil self-discipline in students.
  • Speak English at all times and ensure students do the same except during non-English language classes.
  • Handle emergencies and crises in the classroom.
  • Communicate information to leaders that could jeopardise a student’s/student safety or wellbeing with the utmost appropriation.
  • Collaborate with other teachers to address classroom or student-specific issues.
  • Adhere to company policies that are put in place to protect and serve all stakeholders within ACE EdVenture.
  • Support all relevant activities, events, functions held / organized by the school at the school premises or at external premises i.e. Open Days, Education Fair, Parent-Teacher Days, Event’s Day, Appreciation Day etc. 

Job Requirement:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline (Engineering / Medicine / Biosciences / Law / Business / IT / Communication / Psychology / Architect / Pharmacy / English / BM / Chinese / Art). Preferably with Master Degree or higher qualification.
  • External experience in the corporate world in any other field with a passion to make a change in the education.

Selangor (Group Level) | Full-time position

Be the brand ambassador for the School & Brand, offering professional advice, answering queries, introducing the products and values, increasing enrolments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide information and advice on our academic program and the ACE EdVenture approach to parents & students who contact us to enquire.
  • Maintain CRM to ensure up-to-date data of all the leads.
  • Assist students with registration by collecting all required documentation, and facilitate entry assessment as necessary.
  • Ensure good customer service by addressing customers’ concerns, and provide feedback to the team accordingly.
  • Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analysing sales options.
  • Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance, encourage words of mouth.
  • Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organisation standards.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies, Marketing, PR, Mass Communication or Equivalent.
  • Must possess own transportation.
  • Good verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in English. Ability to converse in Mandarin / Cantonese / Malay is a plus (to service Hong Kong & China market, as well as local market).
  • Prior experience in sales / customer service will be added advantage.
  • Positive, energetic, result-driven, with a can-do attitude.

 

Selangor (Group Level) | Full-time position

Oversees video production services across all campuses. Produces and provides promotional, educational, and event-based videos to internal and external audiences and manages the process for quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Executes shoots on-site/on location including audio, camera operation, and talent directions. Additionally, handles assignments requiring special lighting, multiple locations, creativity, special audio needs, custom graphics, and animation.
  • Scouts shoot locations and assess possible obstacles in filming and provide solutions or alternatives.
  • Plans and performs video post-production tasks such as reviewing footage, making editorial decisions, logging, rough cuts, audio adjustment, colour correction, adding photographs, motion pictures, motion graphics, animation, audio and music, and final editing using Adobe Premiere Pro software; utilises computer graphics and special effects for video post-production.
  • Determines content and format of productions, operates editing equipment, and implements a variety of positive and negative feedback from various sources as necessary.
  • Produces content including but not limited to short films, webisode, educational, instructional, or event-based videos.
  • Creates material used for, but not limited to shooting videos, and conducting field interviews; edits material for television broadcast, social media, web applications, or schedule guests as needed.
  • Direct multi-camera Marketing and Communications studio productions; supervise cameras, sound, teleprompter, and floor director positions in the course of any Marketing and Communications production.
  • Other related duties as required.

 Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is a plus.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience using professional recording equipment.
  • Knowledge of video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and Adobe After Effects.
  • Able to do the basics of the following: audio clean up, audio mastering and colour grading.
  • Must be available to work a non-standard schedule.
  • Experience supervising staff and providing support in higher education is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively and collegially with faculty, administrators, students and colleagues required.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently on multiple assignments and to work collaboratively within team required.

 

Selangor (Group Level) | Full-time position

To drive key digital strategies to enhance the customer experience and contribute to the overall success for organisation and cover social media engagement, digital media activation, digital event coverage, conduct research and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification. 
  • Set up and optimise company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the company’s social content 
  • Analyse social media trends, including social media insights and visitor data to improve our digital presence and drive positive engagement with followers. 
  • Well aware of market trends and industry-related topics, optimise spend and performance based on the insights. 
  • Continuously improve by capturing and analysing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information. 
  • Implement digital marketing activities across a broad range of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email, Mobile, Display) 
  • Manage digital advertising campaigns (SEM, Display, Social, Programmatic) with recommended budgets and forecasted ROI. 
  • Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.) 
  • Set up conversion, pixel, and event tracking on the website and across various digital platforms.

 Job Requirement:

  • BSc/BA in Marketing or Business – related field or equivalent. 
  • Min 5 years of serving social media/community management/content strategist functions or equivalent.

Selangor (Group Level) | Full-time position

Key Responsibilities:

Selangor (Group Level) | Full-time position

To drive key product strategies to enhance the customer experience and contribute to the overall success for organisation and be responsible for shaping the end-to-end experience of the organisation prospective customers, drive conversion across key stages of customer journey, manage admission experience and service to deepen relationships with the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy

  • Manage the product strategy team and develop/refine strategies to deliver innovative product offerings. 
  • Drive product development features and positioning for products. 
  • Monitor and research external conditions including markets, competitor and market share analysis, demographics, and regulations 
  • Work closely with the Digital team to monitor key performance indicators, ensuring the accuracy of results and develop meaningful insights based on observed performance. 
  • Collaborate effectively with partners and with cross functional partners and execute a continuous improvement approach to acquisition and customer lifecycle through the analysis and development. 
  • Assist in the development of the department budget and meet expense targets.

 

Customer Experience

  • Utilise social media platforms in reaching out to customers to help resolve issues and provide quick response to inquiries. 
  • Supervise the activities of sales team to ensure their interaction with customers reflect positively on the company. 
  • Liaise with the academic and creative teams to ensure delivery of high-quality products and services. 
  • Oversee the restructuring of an organisation into a customer-focused establishment and monitor the activities of the sales and administration team. 
  • Organise training programs for BCMC, sales and administration teams in order to update their job knowledge and enhance their skills 
  • Oversee the merchandising of products to ensure it entices purchase. 
  • Utilise customer relationship management (CRM) tools in coordinating and monitoring customer experience operations.

 

 Job Requirement:

  • BSc/BA in Marketing or Business – related field or equivalent required. 
  • Proven experience as a product development and event or similar role. 
  • Proficient in MS Office and social media. 
  • Familiarity with project management software and video/photo editing is a plus.

Kota Kemuning, Shah Alam | Full-time position

The Teacher Support holds the responsibility of ensuring the teachers are equipped with the tools they need for their classes to deliver the ACE pedagogy and experience to prepare students for the real world.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Academic Department (preparation of lesson materials, arrangement for replacement teachers). 
  • Liaison with suppliers and vendors of equipment in the teacher’s room (printers, stationeries and food supply). 
  • Manage the upkeep of the pantry. 
  • Tracking teacher’s human resource such as calculation of teacher’s monthly teaching hours and to key in teacher’s monthly timesheets. 
  • Tracking latecomers, absentees and teacher’s MC. 
  • Other administrative tasks as deemed necessary.

 Job Requirement:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of using software like Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Accuracy of information and attention to detail.
  • Good organisational skills.
  • Emotional intelligence and management.
  • Ability to collaborate with all levels of people in the organisation.

 

Selangor (Group Level) | Full-time position

To assist finance & accounting operations and reporting, which covers a range of finance-related tasks in ACE EdVenture organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Core roles and responsibilities include (but not limited to) the following:

  • Day-to-day processing and administration of finance operations matters, for example Billing, Collections, Expense Claims, Cash transactions processing. 
  • Assisting in handling queries from customers / parent / guardians regarding collections, payments and other finance-related matters. 
  • Maintain up-to-date finance system data entries and records, journals, billing and payments records, forms, book-keeping, and other related documentation. 
  • Maintain professional integrity and confidentiality of sensitive financial information to protect the organization at all times. 
  • Others/Adhoc tasks assigned within Finance.

 

 Job Requirement:

  • Open to fresh graduates and experienced hires. Possess at least STPM/A-Levels/Diploma in Accounting/Finance or equivalent (good results in Accounts/Finance related papers will be an advantage). 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (other languages are a plus). 
  • Intelligent, highly numerate, detail-oriented, analytical and able to articulate information (financial & non-financial) to all levels of management and staff. 
  • Highly efficient with technology. Good knowledge & skills in Microsoft Office Excel, Word / Google Suite. Knowledge & skills in SAP accounting system, Power BI/Tableau or similar is a plus. 
  • Work experience in finance operations, business finance, audit, accounting or related fields are an advantage, (optional) 
  • High integrity, sound judgment and good work ethics.
  • A pleasant, sociable personality, a collaborative team player, be independent when required 
  • Always willing to learn and grow, ready to put in extra efforts as and when necessary.
