Academic Champion (Teacher)

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver content and facilitate coursework, discussions, and activities according to ACE EdVenture’s pedagogy and standards
- Contact students’ parents regularly to update them on their children’s progress in the real world, academic and behavioural aspects whether positive or negative, especially positive
- Attend mandatory team meetings such as Termly Tactics to stay updated on the school’s growth and evolution and convey relevant updates to students
- Work with Academic teams to update and upgrade curricula based on purpose and principles in the ACE DNA
- Prepare students’ report cards in a timely manner for sufficient time to vet and print

Administrative Manager (Penang)
Sri Emas Convent Light Street, Penang | Full-time position
The Admin Manager holds the responsibility of ensuring day to day administrative operations and teams of the School.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Principal, Vice Principal and Academic department of the School.
- Setting up and refining SOPs for the whole Administration function, Anticipate and identify opportunities to optimise/automate our administration processes.
- Manage a team of executives in charge of Enrolment and Registration, Student Affairs/Student Services, Exam (Internal/CIE), Receptionist and support other Non-Academic functions i.e. Operations (management of School Security, Cleaner, Transporter, IT related matters) as and when needed.
- Communicate with other departments to ensure alignments of vision, approach and direction.
- Ensure that the workflow and scope within the Administration Department and between other departments are followed and streamlined.

Content Creator
Selangor | Full-time position
The Content Creator creates the content of the ACE EdVenture Group and its subsidiaries. The content created must capture the essence of the group and its brands, consistently improve overall audience engagement, brand awareness, and conversions
Key Responsibilities:
- Write and create captivating content for all digital and physical marketing assets such as social media, website, brochures, events, press, etc. for the designated brand(s) per the brand content guidelines created. This includes digital ads and funnels that can close leads and/or sales
- Creating content that captures and differentiates ACE EdVenture and its brands that is also captivates the interest of our target audiences
- Evaluating analytics and success metrics to adjust content as needed, regularly updating content such as on the website’s blogs, and being willing to explore unconventional content pillars
- Be aware of shifts to digital algorithms and practices e.g., SEO, social media platforms, short or long-form content, etc
- Capturing edutaining short-form video and visual content
- Working with designers to enrich design work and the creative process
- Liaising with multiple departments to capture content
- Research industry-related topics to develop content
- Be savvy towards social, cultural, and seasonal trends to create content that is novel and relevant to our audiences

Digital Marketing Specialist
Selangor | Full-time position
The Digital Marketing Specialist is expected to have a strong grasp of current digital marketing tools and strategies to generate as many leads for the organisation and its brands
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implementing digital marketing strategies
- Develop familiarity with the respective brands, schools, programmes, and relationships with the internal teams to create digital content and experiences that represent the brands
- Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across the brands
- Clear documentation and management of the digital marketing calendar

E-Sports Coordinator
Selangor | Full-time position
You will be responsible for developing, coordinating and assisting in delivering an engaging and comprehensive esports curriculum to students. Your role will involve esports theory, strategy, mechanics, teamwork, and sportsmanship while fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment. You will be responsible for managing the administrative requirements and fostering external relationships in the esports community for the project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with the academic team to design and implement a structured esports curriculum that aligns with educational standards and industry best practices.
- Organize practice sessions, workshops, and training exercises to improve students’ gameplay and teamwork.
- Assist coaches on the analysis of students’ gameplay, identify areas for improvement, and provide constructive feedback to help them progress as players.
- Assist coaches to educate students on the importance of sportsmanship, teamwork, and respect in the esports community.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the esports industry.
- Plan, coordinate and oversee esports tournaments, both internally and externally.
- Collaborate with school administrators and staff to integrate esports into the broader educational experience.
- Work with IT department in the selection and setup of gaming equipment and technology for esports activities.
Job Requirement:

Finance Executive
Selangor | Full-time position
The Finance Executive is responsible to assist finance & accounting operations and reporting, which covers a range of finance-related tasks in ACE EdVenture organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day processing and administration of finance operations matters, for example Billing, Collections, Expense Claims, Cash transactions processing
- Assisting and preparing financial statements and reports
- Assisting in handling queries from customers / parent / guardians regarding collections, payments and other finance-related matters
- Maintain up-to-date finance system data entries and records, journals, billing and payments records, forms, book-keeping, and other related documentation
- Maintain professional integrity and confidentiality of sensitive financial information to protect the organization at all times
- Others/Adhoc tasks assigned within Finance
Job Requirements:
- Open to fresh graduates and experienced hires. Possess at least STPM/A-Levels/Diploma in Accounting/Finance or equivalent (good results in Accounts/Finance related papers will be an advantage).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (other languages are a plus)
- Intelligent, highly numerate, detail oriented, analytical and able to articulate information (financial & non-financial) to all levels of management and staff
- Highly efficient with technology. Good knowledge & skills in Microsoft Office Excel, Word / Google Suite. Knowledge & skills in SAP accounting system, Power BI/Tableau or similar is a plus.

Operations Executive
Selangor | Full-time position
Operations Executives assist in looking after the buildings, facilities, surrounding grounds, equipment, and supplies of an organisation’s campus. Their responsibilities include supervising grounds maintenance workers, janitors, and building maintenance and repair workers to get the job done.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and see through electrical, renovation, upgrade, beautification work and etc. from start to finish.
- Study, research, analyse all possible issues.
- Problem-solving skills when issues arise.
- Sourcing of new equipment and vendors.
- Regular checks of the buildings to ensure our facilities are up to the best condition at a given time.
- Reporting immediate or foreseeable rectification work that is needed.
- Regular sanitisation and disinfection of the school buildings i.e. waste disposal, pest control, cleaning, etc.
- Liaise with the cleaners.
- Ensure that school facilities are safe and operating per regulations
- Ensure that CCTV systems are installed in all crucial areas and are regularly checked to be in working order.

Project Executive (Penang)
Sri Emas Convent Light Street, Penang | Full-time position
The Project Executive will be our on-the-ground key personnel responsible for the completion of a short to medium term refurbishment and renovation project in an existing school on Penang Island. This person shall also assist in looking after the buildings, facilities, surrounding grounds, equipment, and supplies of the relevant organisation & campus. Their responsibilities include supervising grounds maintenance workers, janitors, and building maintenance and repair workers to get the job done.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain budgetary, scheduling, and project database oversight, and report regularly to project manager to keep him/her constantly informed of job progress, plans and problems that could significantly affect costs or schedules
- Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, and resolving problems
- Controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan, scheduling changes, and recommending actions
- Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications

Sales Executive
Dwi Emas International School | Full-time position
A Sales Executive is responsible for helping to build up a business by identifying new business prospects and selling products to them. They must maintain relationships with current clients and build and maintain relationships with new clients. They will also need to stay ahead of their competition and work on sharpening and improving their skills by attending classes, seminars or workshops.

Technician
MITstem International School, Kota Kemuning | Full-time position
The Technician ensures that the school building, its surroundings, working environments, and infrastructure are in excellent condition. All aspects of the building and its renovations must adhere to municipal, state, government, security, and health and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities (Teacher):
- Check school building control panel, and electric wiring to identify issues and ensure that any obvious ones are seen to immediately.
- Perform minor fixes, including broken locks and damages to wall or windows.
- Assist in the upkeep of school grounds, ensuring that are they are made safe for student’s activities.
- Examines buildings on a regular basis for needed repairs, maintenance and cleanliness.
- Troubleshoots, performing emergency repairs and undertakes hand on repair works for any related issues.
- Provide a support service to the Facilities Manager to assist in meeting the strategic goals of the department.
- Daily basic inspection check of building, classroom, toilet, corridor and plant as per the daily checklist.
- Follow and obey building job responsibilities as and when required by the superior or any other persons designated by the company.
