Key Responsibilities:

Selangor | Full-time position

The Finance Executive is responsible to assist finance & accounting operations and reporting, which covers a range of finance-related tasks in ACE EdVenture organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day processing and administration of finance operations matters, for example Billing, Collections, Expense Claims, Cash transactions processing 
  • Assisting and preparing financial statements and reports
  • Assisting in handling queries from customers / parent / guardians regarding collections, payments and other finance-related matters  
  • Maintain up-to-date finance system data entries and records, journals, billing and payments records, forms,  book-keeping, and other related documentation 
  • Maintain professional integrity and confidentiality of sensitive financial information to protect the organization at all times

Job Requirements:

  • Open to fresh graduates and experienced hires. Possess at least STPM/A-Levels/Diploma in Accounting/Finance or equivalent (good results in Accounts/Finance related papers will be an advantage).

Selangor | Full-time position

Operations Executives assist in looking after the buildings, facilities, surrounding grounds, equipment, and supplies of an organisation’s campus. Their responsibilities include supervising grounds maintenance workers, janitors, and building maintenance and repair workers to get the job done.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and see through electrical, renovation, upgrade, beautification work and etc. from start to finish.
  • Study, research, analyse all possible issues.
  • Problem-solving skills when issues arise.
  • Sourcing of new equipment and vendors.
  • Regular checks of the buildings to ensure our facilities are up to the best condition at a given time.
  • Reporting immediate or foreseeable rectification work that is needed.
  • Regular sanitisation and disinfection of the school buildings i.e. waste disposal, pest control, cleaning, etc.
  • Liaise with the cleaners.
  • Ensure that school facilities are safe and operating per regulations
  • Ensure that CCTV systems are installed in all crucial areas and are regularly checked to be in working order.

Sri Emas Convent Light Street, Penang | Full-time position

The Project Executive will be our on-the-ground key personnel responsible for the completion of a short to medium term refurbishment and renovation project in an existing school on Penang Island. This person shall also assist in looking after the buildings, facilities, surrounding grounds, equipment, and supplies of the relevant organisation & campus. Their responsibilities include supervising grounds maintenance workers, janitors, and building maintenance and repair workers to get the job done.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain budgetary, scheduling, and project database oversight, and report regularly to project manager to keep him/her constantly informed of job progress, plans and problems that could significantly affect costs or schedules
  • Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, and resolving problems
  • Controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan, scheduling changes, and recommending actions
  • Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications
  • Maintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations
  • Inform all supervisors and subcontractors promptly of any construction schedule changes, and work closely with all stakeholders to ensure requirements are met
  • Anticipate any potential project risks, perform root cause analysis and resolve problems

Job Requirements

  • A minimum of one year’s experience or tertiary study within the project management industry or a related environment is preferred but not compulsory in lieu of minimum 1 year’s experience in this capacity

Dwi Emas International School | Full-time position

A Sales Executive is responsible for helping to build up a business by identifying new business prospects and selling products to them. They must maintain relationships with current clients and build and maintain relationships with new clients. They will also need to stay ahead of their competition and work on sharpening and improving their skills by attending classes, seminars or workshops.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide information and advice on our academic program and Ace approach to parents & students who contact us to enquire. Maintain CRM to ensure up-to-date data of all the leads. Assist in events that will drive more enrolments. 
  • Assist students with registration by collecting all required documentation, and facilitate entry assessment as necessary. 
  • Ensure the company sales target is being met.

MITstem International School, Kota Kemuning | Full-time position

The Technician ensures that the school building, its surroundings, working environments, and infrastructure are in excellent condition. All aspects of the building and its renovations must adhere to municipal, state, government, security, and health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities (Teacher):

  • Check school building control panel, and electric wiring to identify issues and ensure that any obvious ones are seen to immediately. 
  • Perform minor fixes, including broken locks and damages to wall or windows.
  • Assist in the upkeep of school grounds, ensuring that are they are made safe for student’s activities.
  • Examines buildings on a regular basis for needed repairs, maintenance and cleanliness.
  • Troubleshoots, performing emergency repairs and undertakes hand on repair works for any related issues.
  • Provide a support service to the Facilities Manager to assist in meeting the strategic goals of the department.
  • Daily basic inspection check of building, classroom, toilet, corridor and plant as per the daily checklist.

The Administrative Executive is responsible for part of the day-to-day administrative operations at the ACE EdVenture schools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that students’ information is up-to-date.
  • Ensure that the workflow and scope within the Administration Department and between other departments are followed and streamlined.
  • Logging all data from physical enquiry forms.
  • Preparation i.e. photocopying, printing, creation, etc. of documents requested by the Principal, Vice Principal, Administration Manager, Academic, and Non-Academic departments.
  • Coordinate organisation wide updates and announcements that go out to parents and students.
  • Prepare memorandum for internal circulation.
  • Taking stock of office stationery supplies.

Sri Emas International School, PJ | Full-time position

The Teacher Support holds the responsibility of ensuring the teachers are equipped with the tools they need for their classes to deliver the ACE pedagogy and experience to prepare students for the real world.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Academic Department.
  • Preparation of lesson materials.
  • Coordinating replacement teachers for absent teachers.
  • Liaising with the Teacher Support teams from the other schools if a replacement teacher from the respective school is unavailable.
  • Liaising with absent teachers on their lesson plans for their classes to be provided to the replacement teacher.
  • Ensure that stationery and teaching materials and tools are stocked up for teachers’ ease of access and use.
  • Tracking Teachers’ Human Resources.
  • Tracking latecomers, absentees, and teachers’ MC’s.
  • Calculations of Teachers’ monthly teaching hours for the Human Resource Department.
  • Key in Teachers’ monthly timesheets for the Human Resource Department.

Menara Hap Seng, KL & Dwi Emas International School, Shah Alam | Full-time position

As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and educational environment for our kindergarten students. Your primary responsibilities will involve teaching and providing care for kindergarten students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach and tutor kindergarten students
  • Provide supervision to children, including guiding and accompanying them to their classrooms, and restroom facilities, as required.

School Counsellors are certified/licensed educators with a minimum of a master’s degree in school counselling, making them uniquely qualified to address all student’s academic, personal/social and career development needs by designing, implementing, evaluating and enhancing a comprehensive school counselling program that promotes and enhances student success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, manage, and deliver school counselling programs.
  • Provide individual or group counselling to students with identified concerns and needs.

School Coordinator oversee the creation of the day-to-day timetable of the entire school, and in conjunction, are responsible for setting up and directing (on paper) the creation of classes and teacher deployment for the school. They work closely with teachers and the teacher support department to ensure that there is always a teacher in each class and implement any necessary changes.

Dwi Emas International School, Shah Alam | Full-time position

The Student Supervisor (Primary) holds the responsibility of ensuring the safety and coordination of the primary level students during their time with us with the purpose of delivering the ACE pedagogy and experience to prepare students for the real world. The Student Supervisor will assist in Security, Supervision and General Welfare of Students, typically during non-class time, on school property, during arrival and dismissal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementing the School Code of Conduct.
  • Ensure our primary level students are adhering to the school’s rules and regulations.
  • Assisting the Teachers in keeping an eye on the students’ safety and security over the course of the school day according to the determined SOP’s.
  • Communicating with the Head of Student Supervisors on students’ behaviour i.e. troublemakers, shy, etc. and figuring out ways to support them.
  • Provide first aid treatment for students with minor injuries, in the absence of the nurse.
  • Accompany students in the infirmary and monitor their health condition, in the absence of the nurse.
  • Communicating injuries, incidents, etc. with the Administrative Department.
  • Always make your superior aware of any problems that may escalate into an incident, giving them the opportunity to diffuse the situation.

Selangor | Full-time position

The IT Executive is to provide solutions on the installation, upgrades and maintenance of all infrastructure-related resources of ACE EdVenture Group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage user accounts and perform access control on current and future systems eg. Microsoft, Google etc.
  • Liaise with internet service providers and relevant vendors or suppliers on setup, implementation, repair, maintenance of IT hardware and software when required
  • Maintain essential IT operations, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware
  • Manage and maintain School Management Systems
  • Keeping up to date with advancements and best practices in IT administration.
  • Assist in ICT (Information, Communication & Technologies) classes
  • Propose improvements to existing system and standard operating procedures
  • Assist on any ad-hoc tasks as required by the dept.


Job Requirements:

  • Malaysian with excellent interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communication in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Having work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician or similar role will be preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with Windows/Mac OS environments.
  • Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products.

The Marketing Executive is responsible for executing the product and marketing strategy throughout the product’s life cycle. This includes working closely with Sales to create experiences representing the brand and improving student enrolment.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Work with the leaders and relevant departments to develop marketing strategies to generate revenue and improve market share.
    • Ensure sales and marketing strategies are executed in accordance with directives from the management.
    • Define market priorities and challenges to address, and the metrics to success.
    • Assess market competition by comparing the company’s product to competitors’ products
    • Develop clear features and benefits of the designated product(s) to ensure differentiation between our products.
